Welcome to Hugh Gaitskell Primary School Nursery


Take a look at our exiting learning that takes place indoors and out. 

Come along to our Stay&Play sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30am and 12:30-1:30pm to meet our friendly staff, settle your child in and have a look at our environment.

Feel free to fill in an admission form for your child over the age of 3, which can be collected directly from our Nursery.


We offer 4 different options for Nursery children to attend:

1)   - Mon - Fri  (AM) 8.30 -11.30 or

2)  - Mon - Fri  (PM) 12.30 - 3.30  or

3)-- Monday, Tuesday all day 8.30 - 3.30pm and Wednesday morning 8.30 - 11.30am or

4) - Wednesday afternoon 12.30 - 3.30pm and Thursday, Friday all day 8.30 - 3.30pm.


Each term we hold parent involvement workshops/stay and play sessions that consist of creative activities, singing and outdoor played all linked to the EYFS as well as pupil progress meeting to update parents of their child's development.
